REF 040 — ABOUT
Why Regionly exists
AI models have gotten remarkably good at reasoning about images — and they still can't reliably tell you where anything is. Ask for pixel coordinates and you get confident numbers that are simply wrong. Yet almost every practical image task needs exact positions: click here, avoid this, generate inside that.
Regionly flips the problem. Instead of describing a location in words and hoping the model measures it correctly, you draw it — a box, an outline, a pin — label it, and hand the model exact coordinates in a format built to be read by LLMs, agents, and ordinary code. Drawing a region takes seconds; describing one precisely is nearly impossible.
It's built by Dimsyl AI Solutions LLC, a small US company, as a free tool with one optional $5/month plan for heavy use. No investors to impress, no growth hacks — just a tool that should exist.
Privacy is structural, not a promise: Regionly runs entirely in your browser. Images are opened, annotated, and exported locally — there is no upload, so we couldn't see your images if we wanted to. The only thing we collect is anonymous, cookieless usage events, spelled out in the privacy policy.
