Plain language, short on purpose. These terms cover your use of Regionly (regionly.dimsylaisolutions.com), operated by Dimsyl AI Solutions LLC, a US company. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Regionly is a free image-region annotation editor that runs entirely in your browser. You draw labeled regions on images and export their coordinates as JSON or plain text. Your images and annotations are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. Export usage may be metered as described on the Premium page.

Premium subscription

Regionly offers one optional paid plan at $5/month, which you can cancel anytime — you keep access through the period you've paid for. Payments are billed by Stripe. Prices and included features may change, with notice before anything affects an active subscription.

Your content

Your images, labels, notes, and exports are yours. We claim no rights to them. In normal use they never reach our servers and we have no copies of them; if you use the optional AI annotate feature, the image is transmitted solely to compute suggested regions and is not stored (see the privacy policy).

You are solely responsible for your content and how you use it. That includes having the rights to any image you process, and everything you do with the coordinates and exports Regionly produces. Regionly is a drawing-and-measuring tool; we have no knowledge of, and accept no liability for, the images you choose to annotate or the use cases you apply the output to.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or probe the site or its metering; no using it to violate the law or others' rights; no reselling the service itself as your own. That's it.

No warranty

Regionly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. Coordinates are produced from what you draw; verify them before relying on them in anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimsyl AI Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Regionly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for free users, is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page and in the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
